2. The present General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings whether verbal or in writing, and supersede all previous documents containing such terms and conditions. Bookings are required at all times and can be made by contacting kissogramscotland.co.uk direct via telephone, email, and writing or via our website.
3. Kissogramscotland.co.uk is an adult entertainment business and therefore, enforces a strict policy that all dancers, performers, entertainers and clients MUST be over the age of 18 YEARS. Additionally, there are scenes of nudity and/or sexual acts some people may find disturbing or unpleasant. We reserve to right to terminate an ongoing act, cancel an act if we deem it to breach this policy without further notice. In such situations any monies paid are not refundable.
4. This web site, including, but not limited to text, content, photographs, video, audio and graphics, and goods, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and/or other proprietary rights and laws of the United Kingdom, and other countries. The Service is also protected as a collective work or compilation under UK copyright and other laws. Every element making up the service is also copyrighted works.
5. Once a booking has been made and confirmed, a minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to kissogramscotland.co.uk for any particular amendment/requirement.
5.1 Unless kissogramscotland.co.uk is notified of Cancellation 7 days prior to the event date by the customer, the customer shall be liable to cover kissogramscotland.co.uk in full for costs, damages and charges incurred by kissogramscotland.co.uk as a consequence of the cancellation.
5.2 Unless otherwise provided by law or in connection with any particular service offer, all deposits paid are non-refundable.
6. Kissogramscotland.co.uk does not tolerate/condone, any form of violence, threatening behaviour, molestation, intimidation or any other inappropriate conduct of any kind whatsoever. We shall immediately involve the police if required.
7. Kissogramscotland.co.uk reserves the right to refuse to perform or terminate an ongoing performance if it deems it unsafe, or in any way breaches the terms and conditions. All clients of kissogramscotland.co.uk must abide by all the rules and regulations herein.
8. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or limitations contained in the Service. You acknowledge that the service has been developed, compiled, prepared, revised, selected, and arranged by kissogramscotland.co.uk.
9.You agree, at your own expense, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless kissogramscotland.co.uk, its suppliers, agents, representatives, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ and experts’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the Service, or any links on the Service.

The client guarantees the correctness of all information given, including but not limited to event details, and shall be solely responsible for any erroneous, incomplete or out-of-date information. Failure to do so, either through omission or accuracy, may result in the cancellation of the event at the discretion of kissogramscotland.co.uk.
15. Any material breach of the General Terms and Conditions may result in the performance not been undertaken at all.
16. The Company does not accept any liability whatsoever with respect to any damage, death, delay, injury or loss arising out of or in connection with services, save to the extent in which such damage or loss arises out of negligence by kissogramscotland.co.uk, or was caused by the company with intent, or recklessly and with the knowledge that damage would probably result, except as otherwise agreed upon the terms and conditions.
17.The fees for some of the services provided on the web site are only approximate prices. You shall pay the company for the services and the use thereof in accordance with the price lists or the price agreed upon at the time of your booking. Unless otherwise indicated, the charges shall be paid by you according to the payment method outlined by kissogramscotland.co.uk. All fees and charges are subject to change without prior notice.
18. You acquire absolutely no rights or licenses in or to the service and materials contained within the service other than the limited right to utilize the service in accordance with the terms and conditions.
19. Non-refundable deposits of £20, £40, £60 must be paid to kissogramscotland.co.uk through PayPal (kissogramscotland@yahoo.co.uk) as a prerequisite of your booking. No contract shall come into existence between kissogramscotland.co.uk and the Customer until such time as a deposit is received and confirmed by kissogramscotland.co.uk. The outstanding money must be paid in cash to the dancer on arrival PRIOR to the performance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will result in 100% of the total booking fee due to kissogramscotland.co.uk Deposits are ONLY refunded under special conditions.
20. Every due care will be exercised by kissogramscotland.co.uk in the arrangement of the Event. However, kissogramscotland.co.uk accepts no liability for unexpected and unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of kissogramscotland.co.uk.
21. Any claim related to the service provided by kissogramscotland.co.uk may not be brought unless brought within 48 hours of the event date and time. If it is not filed in time, then that claim is permanently barred. This applies to you and your successors.

1. As service prices can change frequently, you must contact us promptly by email info@kissogramscotland.co.uk , but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your service. Your email should include the following information: your name, Kissogramscotland.co.uk’ code reservation number and the website where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be considered.
2. The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings.
3. The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when kissogramscotland.co.uk validates your claim, within the 24 hour period. Please note that screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
4. The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent service at the same in the same town, village or city on the same dates with the same booking conditions.
5. The lower rate must be in the same currency.
6. Kissogramscotland.co.uk will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show.
7. If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
8. "Lowest rate guarantee" does not apply to services purchased through or in combination with discounted rates, frequent bookings, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of services where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact details aren’t known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee.
